(154,470 posts)These were thicker than usual and I didn't want to risk underdoing them, so I turned up the flame a bit and this was the result, on both sides!
They were so good. I made a tossed green side salad to have with them, and it was perfect.

(154,470 posts)The vendor we get ours from always gets the best, the freshest scallops! Never had a bad one from them.
I can bet the scallops you had at Fundy Bay, Nova Scotia, were superb!

I used to enjoy them on top of angel hair spaghetti with garlic and oil but any way they’re fab. 👍

I'm very lucky that my local market can pretty easily get these. We can have them whenever we want!
