Isn't it a wonderful time of year.

I've always been fond of Hostas and they beg to be photographed. The textures and play of light over the leaves is just lovely.

I’m the Hosta Queen. Not much else grows in the abundant shade here. I love them too because they’re fun to photograph. I have lots more in my archive! Lol

So you’d think I’d see lots of deer, but it’s fenced, hence no deer and abundant Hostas.

Your photos are just glorious! And do I ever envy you your sunshine!

We've been socked in with wall to wall high overcast for weeks.

You have caught your garden looking so very happy.

Thank you for sharing!

Usually it’s the other way around … Ohio with the dark and dreary and California with all the sun!

I hope your clouds vanish soon!

I really wanted the bluish purple irises when I bought these but the garden center was out of them and the salesman talked me into buying these. I like them, but still want to try growing the purple ones one of these days.

And I do love callalilies too!
