I've seen the surviving members a couple times in the past few years, but now I have tix to see Mark Farner next month in a 100 year old theater. It seems another member owns the GFR name and tour without Farner so he calls himself The American Band. With fourth row seats I'm pretty pumped about this show.

As for the band getting closer to their home, about halfway through I'm yelling for them to step on the gas and get there already. Should be a three minute song. I think that's a R&R Rule.
