Guess Who?

Tricked you, and hoping to fool people into thinking the Canadian band was part of the British Invasion is precisely why they came up with the name.

My hands down favorite Guess Who song was released exactly 53 years ago on February 14, 1973 when they performed it live on "The Midnight Special".
I miss that show.

Their late 60s/early 70s hits are appropriately remembered, but nit this one.
It's a cool tune, Burton sings it great & it has the ripping slide solo.
This song made we want to play slide guitar before I even knew how to play guitar! (This & Foghat)

...all while absentmindedly banging out every note on his piano. I have to look at the keyboard as I type this!
Watching this on TV would have sent me to the record store the next day, and it might have. The tease would have been on me though, because the album wasn't released for sale until a year later!
