Best wishes.

The Cockburn piece reminds me of Kottke who I've liked for 50+ years.
And, the Bream piece is exciting
Nothing wrong with the other 2, of course. I just favored the other 2.

Just wondering. Do you have knowledge of music like this but using an electric bass guitar. I was listening to a radio station [no longer exist], in my car and I heard the most
creative melodic solo using an electric bass. When I got home, I called the station and they told me that the DJ had quit that day and he that took all his records with him.

I saw this a bit ago and remembered the name. It's close to 40 minutes.
He's using a 6 string bass & it sounds like there is one extra low & one extra high string. I've got a 5 string bass, so I don't have the extra high string.

And here's a short piece by Tony Levin (my favorite bass player ever) on the 10 string Chapman Stick.

The selections here are quite good though.

So much incredible music, so little time!

Best wishes.
