because some people thought Sally's "secret" was that she was lesbian.

"To see your baby with another girl" doesn't do anything to dispell that notion, but who knows?.

Lovely song, and a long time favorite of mine. It always seemed to me to be very different from most other songs of that era.

Quality to it. And it was quiet not loud. Showed that you force one to listen when you don't raise the voice.
