Got up early to hit a community garage sale today.

wanted to be there by 7:30 and it was 45 miles away. Well worth it.

Saw the mid-century table in the drive way. Priced at $5., can't go wrong. Thinking this should be an easy $50. Got home and started the research. On the bottom of the table was "FH, made in Denmark". Turns out the retail price is between $800 and $1,200. I'll try to flip it for $250, leaving some meat on the bone for the next guy.

Best part is I quit my job Monday. 3 day job isn't bad, but conflict with the boss had me walking out the door. 2 hours of garage sales today will make me more than a couple of weeks of pay. It was a great morning and only spent about $30 total.

1. Too scared the make the (often) pricey investment vs. lack of knowledge of what will sell and what won't
2. No place to store the inventory.
