Caring Transitions - Ever heard of it?

When I've logged on to EstateSales.net to see the sales around me for the upcoming weekends, I see fairly often that the business holding the sale is Caring Transitions. I looking them up and they seem to specialize in downsizing and helping people generally move from home to assisted living or nursing care when needed.

Have you guys heard of them before? Have you been to sales in your areas sponsored by Caring Transitions? If so, what was your impression of them?

I know that the facility where my aunties live and also the facility where my grandparents lived had that kind of a service. They help sell the house, too. I'll find out the name of the service here.
