My problem and then my solution. Making a Cubano sandwich.

I got the right bread and stuffings but when I put my little sandwich press on it then
some of the insides of the sandwich get pushed out passed the edge of the bread so
I use a small fork and pick up the … provolone & Swiss cheeses, ham, mortadella, pickle
stuff, and pulled pork and munch on that stuff as the sandwich is cooking.

It's too damn much trouble. Several years ago I vacationed in Boston, and the only flight to the East Coast that made sense started in Portland. So I flew down there from Sea-Tac and headed downtown on the light rail to take some photos. While there I had a Cubano from one of the ten billion food trucks that call Portland home. Apparently some of the Cubano grease got on my camera body. When I got back to the airport and put the camera through the bomb detector it just went ballistic...freakin' real cops showed up and everything. "Have you been handling explosives recently?" No...not since 1992 when I was in the Army...I had a Cuban sandwich downtown a couple hours ago..."Oh...that explains it...sorry." "Man, you realize if I'd have known it actually CAME from friggin' Cuba I would have gone somewhere else."
