Chicharrones

I used to get them fresh cooked in Texas.

I am in Virginia now and the concept of fried pork rinds is not really understandable.

I've been trying to find them to order but a lot of sellers add stuff into the product that is not fried pork rinds.
Does anyone have a brand that is reliably the pork rinds I have loved for years?

... made only by country folks and the younger folks just didn't care for them. I've never seen them in a bag, but I could find chicharrones.

I get them from a nearby Spanish market…

One big surprise: This past weekend, we had them served as freshly created “pork scratchings” at the local Irish pub… They were soooo good, I could cry…

4. I buy Clancy's Chicharrones pork rinds at Aldi's.

I tried many different brands, but Clancy's (imo) tastes the best.
