Anyone ever order from dealbeds.com ?

I'm finding a lot of formulaic reviews of the site, like people (or bots) writing from the same script -- but I'm finding both negative AND positive reviews written this way!! e.g. https://dealbeds.worthepenny.com/

It's frustrating. We have need of a new adjustable platform bed, and honestly need to take advantage of the prices they are offering there, but I'm trying to discern if the company is reliable.

2. They are not BBB accredited. But they do respond to complaints there.

Recurring theme of being hard to get hold of, and lots of shipping delays -- but a lot of those were during the pandemic when the supply chain was so crummy.

4. A friend of mine posted on FB that Costco is having a really good sale on Novaform mattresses (40% off, as I recall),

and she swears by hers.
