1. Don't know if there's a group dedicated to memes but you can post them in any group or forum. Just post the direct link

to the picture.

2. Meme's can be posted to just about any forum as long as they relate to the forum topic.

Or if they are just general, funny, satirical, current event I would think general forum or Lounge.

PostImage is one of the easiest sites to use to post a picture/image.

But you have to save the image 1st to your picture file. DU does not have the facility to just copy and paste an image from another web site.

An OP should adhere to that forum's Statement of Purpose, but the comment section is always fair game for memes (dank or otherwise), according to the Marquess of Queensberry Rules of Internet Forum Posting.
