from the Fountain of Youth.

Not really, but I'd like to!

In the meantime, a Powerade Zero does the body good. Blue raspberry, fruit punch, grape or orange. All go down nicely.

It’s seems to be a perfect dessert with some cheese after a dinner of spiced cauliflower soup, biscuits, and salad.

Ginger beer is the quadruple strength version.
Snorts through your nose...... Good shtuff.

Before the medicine told me to quit drinking, I liked anisette.
The only thing it needed was an ice cube.

Korbinian Doppelbock has a strong character and even more flavor – named after Saint Korbinian to honor the founder of the Weihenstephan monastery. The sweet notes are offset by roasted malt flavors making this beer an excellent accompaniment to smoked meats and fish.

Weihenstephan was a Benedictine monastery in Weihenstephan, now part of the district of Freising, in Bavaria, Germany. This Bavarian State Brewery Weihenstephan is located at the monastery site since at least 1040. It is the world's oldest continuously operating brewery.

My third option if I can't get one of the two I listed above is Paulaner Salvator Doppelbock.

I recently discovered GARAGE BEER. “A Beer Flavored Beer.” “A ClassicLight.” I’d buy it again. But me and Budweiser have been together for more than 50 years. I have my occasional tryst but it’s alway back to the red and white can. I do remember Budweiser contributing canned water (in Budweiser cans) after Katrina.

and a good unsweetened ice tea.....if you are talking about alcoholic beverages I'd go with an ™Old Pal" or a "Veaux Carre".

Not a big drinker here, but I have had some incredible real cask ales around Manchester, England.
Also, 30 to 50 year old single malt scotch, but yikes those are expensive.

Before I couldn't.

I'd like to get kahlua, and a creme de cocoa to be able drizzle some on ice cream, or a bit in milk, If I can find the small sampler bottles.

W my medicine I can only have a 1/4inch of harder liquors, and an inch or so of wine. It's just for taste, not the buzz since it too little.

When I was going to Max's Kansas City they had a drink list named after bands. I had the "Milk & Cookies": milk, kaluha, and oreos. Fun!

Non-alky: good water, a coca cola, or ginger ale once in while, limeade, lemonade.
Chai. I've made my own. 👍

Got onto a cider kick many years ago at Capitol Hill Cidery in Seattle. Have noticed more local craft ciders appearing lately. In the summer, on the rocks with a small splash of of homemade black raspberry vodka infusion.

...Grapefruit Soda. The latter is carbonated. It's a very refreshing combination. In warmer months, I put a glass with the green tea stuff in the freezer long enough for it to get a crust of ice on it, and then add the grapefruit drink. Right now, its 9 degrees with wind chill feeling like 2, so regular refrigerator coldness is quite sufficient.

For an alcoholic beverage, I do like Mike's Hard Lemonade. Not a dry wine person - dry red wine tastes like Robitussin cough syrup to me. Sweeter whites are my preference - Auslese, Spatlese, and Moscato.

For something to accompany desserts/pastries, it's gotta be ice cold milk.
