What you have there is the brand new option that just came out,... it is called the "Rear Wiper" to be somewhat diplomatic. Actually what you have is that new fangled "Automotive Bidette" which originated in France.

It should be built right into the driver's seat. If you should mess yourself or have an adult diaper accident. No need to pull over to visit a restroom to tidy up. Just flip the switch,... six nozzles pop up and rinses your private parts. You don't have to pull over or anything. Warm water is squirted on your junk as you continue driving down the highway doing 90 mph.

Hence the name of the option "Rear (End) Wiper".
