...for a song that old.
Not so much the tremolo on the lead guitar, but the saturated rhythm guitar sound very 80s & beyond.
That's pretty cool & surprising. Most distorted guitar tones were more fuzzy or brittle than what we hear on this song.

The therapist wouldn't be part of the guitar tone, but mounting it to an amp is a clever idea. It would be stable as heck.
Those are fun to play. Hard, but fun.
