Anyone who has eaten Korean tteokbokki or black bean noodles knows it's hot. But, what is hotter? Poblanos from Mexico? Or the chili peppers from Korea? Or are they the same thing?

Very hot peppers such as cayenne. Neither is anywhere close to the habanero and scotch bonnet types!

Poblano peppers are only 1000 on the Scoville scale. It is considered a mild pepper.
