police and revelant agencys do no good . harrassment law is only for big ticket persons . eesp when a naughty act is caught.

If you can't have any authorities of any kind with you (building manager?), at least have someone around who will stay out of it all and just be a witness.

And VIDEO IT on your phone.

All that being said, if there's ANY DANGER of physical violence, just don't engage them at all.

even though the job description also entails to keeping order . i have friends who have had managed apartments in the distant past and have activly remoed troublemakers w police assistance . this story has been going on for years .
