McD's "parts is parts" chicken.

Then suddenly they went to real solid sliced meat. So much better. I loved it -until they went back to the gross stuff.

It's at least 20 years since I have been back.

The sauce covers up the "taste" as so often restaurants use sauce to hide the "less-than-ideal" processing.

Curly fries, yay
The roast beef is good if you drown it in ketchup
Orange cream shake to die for if I’m really feeling self-indulgent
Then they have these commercials with their new burgers, they cut one open and it’s half-raw inside.

Arby's is part of the "Unholy Trinity" of Arby's, Taco Bell, and Jack in the Box of which, I shall not eat.

Also, Mike Lindell likes it, so that should tell you something.

They were the only option, so I rolled the dice.

Uggh. That stuff went through my gastrointestinal tract like General Sherman through Atlanta.

All of the fast food joints are charging crazy prices, but Arby's is one of the highest - I've found anyway. I can afford it, I just refuse to be gouged. Also, getting rid of their potato cakes was a dumb damn idea. They were unique to Arby's and so good.

are pretty good. I like junk food so I can eat their stuff, even the rubber band beef. don't have one near so don't go very often. I would try the bourbon bbq. I have no expectation that it is remotely real bbq, but might be tasty junk food.

Hmmm if it not remotely like real 'cue
maybe I'll skip it

I have limited income for creativite pursuits, and eating out, or take out - might not be worth it to spend $ on it.

It’s not top-shelf roast beef, of course, but it satisfies a craving. I imagine the bourbon bbq sandwich is probably pretty good although I’ve never tried it.

But, pre covid, they did have some great deals. I rarely go to any FF restaurants or any restaurants for that matter, mainly because I love to cook. With that said, BK or Taco Bell is my go to when I'm really in the mood for ff but mainly I hit the local pizza shop as pizza making isn't a skill I have aquired )

We only go when we get coupons in the mail. Yesterday we used a coupon and got two French Dips for $8. They have a few sandwiches that we like and when they send a coupon we will use them. This is not often, but is fun once in a while.

I also like the Beef and Cheddar. Pouring melted cheese on that sandwich makes it pretty good.
