It poured here all morning and most of the afternoon
This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Emile (a host of the The DU Lounge forum).
Then around 5:00 p.m. there was a double rainbow. 🌈 I looked it up and according to folk lore the top arc represents the real world and the bottom means the spiritual plane. So some believe it is a message from the spiritual side that good fortune and happiness are on the horizon.
Of course I hope it means two things. The orange boogeyman is going to lose more bigly than anyone has ever lost before in the history of U.S. elections and I will get to see a woman elected President in my lifetime. That would make me so happy. 💃
