The questions are always good, and the guests have a really hard time giving the "company answer" while dealing with the sauces.
You're more likely to get an honest answer. And get a good idea of actual personality.
Insecure a-holes are not going to go on the show.
Can we get TFG or Vance on the show?
Or perhaps the format can be an option at trials and other TV interviews...
