7. Many years ago

I worked in San Diego for Caltrans performing environmental surveys. We were visited by some headquarters staff doing a traveling dog and pony show to make sure that each district's coverage was adequate.

I assured them that we already had a good program in place. I told them it was called the "Expected Initial Environmental
Impact Obligation".
