Melania Trump adviser speaks on what led to her surprise Epstein statement

(ABC News) A senior adviser to first lady Melania Trump, Marc Beckman, said she wanted to "set the record straight" when she delivered her surprise statement at the White House denying any ties to late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Beckman elaborated on the first lady's decision to publicly address the Epstein controversy during an appearance Friday morning on "Fox & Friends."

"If she can't stick up for herself, if she can't defend herself and make sure that her reputation is impeccable, who will do it? Nobody's done it to date," Beckman said.

"She's ready to fight," he added.

The only thing I remember seeing were the pictures of she and Trump laughing and partying with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell (probably spelled wrong but I don’t care to look it up).

America must come to the understanding and realization that if the rich do not suffer consequences for their various illegal sexual indiscretions and sick fetishes, they will come back again and again to playout their criminality into perpetuity.

All the while as they make a mockery of any semblance of justice that remains. These types of free passes to escape justice are the things that tear apart and destroy Democracies.

There are only two options.

We are supposed to believe that she knew nothing about her good pals Jeff and Ghislaine
and her husband to be, that they were all partners in crime running a child sex ring.

She was just a gold digger and hooker with a heart of gold, naive,
and knew nothing about people doing bad things.

The other more likely option is that she knew all about it, and was fine with it.
And in fact helped with the operation.
