Donald Trump launched his own meme-linked cryptocurrency on Friday. As of this morning, it has made $58 billion on paper for him and his companies, as reported by Axios. The coin, $TRUMP, is en route to its final destination of $0.
Truly, it is the most overvalued asset in the world — a sucker’s bet, a 21st century tulip bulb craze — but, as the old saw goes about the mark at the poker table, if you don’t know who it is, it’s you.
The corruption at hand is going to be transformative in America. Nobody alive in this country has ever seen anything like it.
Let’s be clear about a few things.
The American people have been preached a sermon from the gospel of the “rule of law” for 10 long years.
It’s a joke. Here is reality: America has a tiered justice system.
Trump is above the law because he is the law.
His associates are above the law because he is the law.
Poor people, regardless of race, remain under the boot of the rule of law in America.
Giant corporations use the law as their veritable coral reef. It is their feeding ground.
