The swing voters who helped Trump win crave change -- even if lowering prices proves challenging

(NBC News) The swing voters who helped President-elect Donald Trump return to the White House are feeling optimistic about the next four years, but they’ll be watching to see whether their desire for change becomes a reality.

“I’m hoping that some change will come from this, at least a little bit. I hope some of the prices will go down,” said Reagan Spiegel, 19, a farmhand from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, who voted for the first time in November.

“I’m tired of hearing about all these things that people want to do and then they don’t commit to actually doing them,” Spiegel added, optimistic Trump will be able to deliver on his agenda.

Spiegel is among the voters who helped propel Trump to victory in November, as he won over first-time voters and a decisive slice of others who had cast their ballots for Joe Biden in 2020. NBC News spoke this week to 18 of those voters who had participated in the final NBC News poll of the 2024 election.

the joe rogan fanboys club. Uneducated, without critical thinking, vulnerable by social media and other outlets misinformation.

They highlight a 19 year old farmhand, who voted for the first time as a "swing voter". BULLSHIT.

We lost because there are a lot of ill-informed people in this country, and we have an MSM who go out of their way to keep it that way.
In fact there is no hiding it anymore about the MSM. Bezo, Musk, Zukerberg, LA Times, Washington Post, etc. like a house of cards have all fallen in line.

Labor split the vote between Harris and the sociopath.
Latinos split the vote between Harris and the sociopath.
Women did NOT come out in the numbers that were anticipated.
The Palestinian protesters, Abandon Harris, etc. all contributed, especially in the swing states.

This isn't the first time labor has let us down either. It was labor who helped propel regan into the White House over Carter, and as far as I am concerned I won't be donating or contributing to any labor or union causes in the near future.

In all probability, most of those who voted for the sociopath, or who didn't vote, or who voted third party, are going to pay a heavy price for their ignorance along with everyone else, and I will NOT forget their stupidity, especially when they solicit for donations.

With the expected wealth re-distribution, there will be the Upper Class and the Serfs. Middle Class was a quaint concept, wasn't it?

life isn't getting any better for a farmhand when farms can't export crops because of a trade war
