Putin gave the Orange Menace Russian files collected about dirt on US House and Senate members.

Putin wanted top secret documents from US and info/files on all US spies through out the world.

trDUMP delivered big time, Russia's killing spree began,.... Putin reciprocated with his info so trDUMP could blackmail both Houses of Congress and gain a tighter grip on power.

That is why trDUMP has congressmen and senators by the balz. Putin's dirt keeps them all in line and loyal to trDUMPie. Or a devastating media leak would torpedo their coveted million dollar income stream derived from their Washington DC careers.
