Source: The Hill
Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy (La.) on Wednesday slammed the deal between the Trump administration and Iran, two days before the two sides are set to sign it.
The details that Ive seen so far look
awful. This will go down as a tremendous foreign policy blunder, Cassidy told Nexstars Reshad Hudson on Capitol Hill.

(52,836 posts)It's a capitulation, an admission of committing a major clusterfuck and realizing there is no other way to get out of it but throwing an obscene amount of taxpayer money at it.

(5,367 posts)I been eating a lot of home-made tacos lately---
the meat consisting of about half and half beef from pre-made hamburgers,
and Mexican chorizo sausage purchased from a Mexican food market
which I can walk to from home, but it is a hard walk...
(Also, they offer a good amount of fresh food I can't get from the Dollar General which I can see from my front porch:
Fresh Lettuce, tomatoes, onions and bananas which I have been purchasing there..)
Anyway, my tacos seem less good, lately..... don't know why

(13,608 posts)He learned corruption and dishonesty from his father but seems to also have a psychotic need for violence and vengeance. I remember one way Fred Trump cheated on taxes, as reported in the NYT a few years ago, was to have a fake company buy replacement equipment for the apartments he owned (washers, dryers, etc.), which he would then "sell" at a large markup to his real estate business and claim larger tax deductions than the actual cost. Trump has elevated the art of the steal far beyond Fred Trump's corrupt deals.

(1,000 posts)I wonder if Mr. Trump will end up with any of it in his pocket after he leaves office? With Trump, there's always an angle, and I'm thinking that money is the angle!
So if I agree to give you $300 billion, how much of it will I see come back to me?
I think once more, the treasury is being robbed blind, and you know who will be the recipient
