She fails to promote public confidence in the judiciary. In trumps case, he fails to promote public confidence in the judiciary, or the government in general. She fails to avoid impropriety, just like trump in his corrupt pay to play pardon scams. She fails to perform duties without bias or prejudice, like trump and his crusade against minorities. She fails to remain patient and courteous, as does trump.
She doesn't start wars that hurt our country, more than our adversary. Nor does she use ingrained cultural rifts, to further divide the nation, but give Republickcans time to thoroughly train her under their citizens under nazi tutelage re-education camps.
