Alabama schools closing ahead of Hurricane Irma (al.com)

With the changing forecast of Hurricane Irma, some Alabama schools are closing ahead of Monday's projected rainfall and high winds.
College campuses announcing closures (List will be updated):
Auburn University closed Monday. The open campus lecture by retired four-star Army Gen. Barry McCaffrey that was scheduled for Monday is also postponed.
Auburn University at Montgomery closed Monday. A decision regarding Tuesday operations will be made by 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
Troy University campuses in Troy, Montgomery, Dothan and Phenix City as well as sites in Florida and Georgia closed Monday and Tuesday. Online classes are also suspended until Wednesday.
Enterprise State Community College closed Monday and Tuesday
Alabama Aviation College in Ozark closed Monday and Tuesday
Alabama Aviation College in Andalusia closed Monday and Tuesday.
Fort Rucker Schools will be closed Monday, but fort operations will continue as normal.
Tuskegee University classes are canceled for Monday.
Wallace Community College closed Monday and Tuesday.
Alabama State University closed Monday and Tuesday.
