Much of the power the president has, isn't really spelled out in the Constitution, so I'd disagree on the first part of the question. Congress has relinquished much of its power over the last century.

It's basically means the president is a king and its been the dream of conservatives and the Federalist Society for a long time. And now that they have it, anyone who thinks they are going to willingly allow a free election and hand over the reigns of power is deluding themselves.

But Congress and the Supreme Court have either abdicated powers to the Presidentia or allowed the Presidency to gather powers, not intended in the Constitution.

The unitary executive shit is utter shit, and always has been.

And the power trump has unlawfully usurped from the sycophants in Congress is not "granted" to any president.

Maybe it's the interpretation of the Constitution?

For example, the Constitution does not give the President any power over elections. Those powers are granted to the states.
