Is there any plan in place by the DNC or Democratic controlled states to counter Trump's Election interference moves?

Other than Gavin Newsom making ballot tampering a felony in California, I've heard nothing. Maybe not saying anything about counter moves is a better strategy, but I am fearful that just banking on a blue Tsunami is not going to cut it.
