Remember the outrage from the Corporate Media

at the withdrawal from Afghanistan? Jake Tapper led the mob attacking President Biden.

Where is that outrage now for Iran?

CNN is somewhat negative in its coverage of the Iran debacle, but very subdued compared to the Afghanistan withdrawal. They state negative facts with a poker face but don't show any of the visible outrage that they did then. Remember when the WH reporters used to scream (I mean really scream, literally) at Biden?

was not unilaterally postponing the Afghan withdrawal until we were ready for it, as best we could be. Trump left Biden with a ticking time bomb, intentionally I imagine, of a withdrawal deal. Any diplomatic outrage or media condemnation that would have come, and any Taliban military actions, would all have been far less damaging than the shit show that ensued.
