A U.S. Secret Service officer has been put on administrative leave after a woman said he followed her to her hotel room in Miami and started m**turbating by her room, according to an arrest report.

John Andrew Spillman, 33, was booked into Miami-Dade jail early Monday morning on a charge of indecent exposure, according to jail records.

An arrest report details that police responded to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at 711 Northwest 72nd Avenue near Miami International Airport in reference to a naked man in the hallway of the sixth floor.

Hotel security told police that they saw the suspect in the hallway. When officers got to the sixth floor, they saw him m**turbating, authorities said.
