If you listen carefully to this video from the Times of India, it sounds to me like Orange Julius Caesar

was not insulting MBS but rather MBS's father, the actual king of Saudi Arabia.

If you choose to listen to the entire video, I suggest you keep a trash can nearby for vomiting into.
