When a Democrat proposes a program to help people, Republicans and the media scream, "Who's going to pay for that?"

With regards to Trump's illegal war with Iran, we should all be screaming, "Who's going to pay for Trump's illegal war?"

I would further state, we must repeal both the Trump and W Bush's tax cuts for billionaires or we can't pay for another needless war.
