Best analysis of Ross' video: He switched hands with the cell phone to get his gun BEFORE he got to the front of car.

As he lapped her car, Jonathan switched hands with the cell phone from his right hand to his left hand so he could get his gun with his right hand. He is obviously right handed, and wanted to use his right hand for his gun. As his video shows, he did that BEFORE he ever got to the front of the car and could claim he feared for his life. He was getting his gun out to stop her from leaving, since she had started her 3 point turn to leave. She was not under arrest, she was free to leave. He had no right to even draw his gun at her, let alone shoot her 3 times in the face.

BTW, notice how the two shots he made through her driver window, point blank to her face, are edited out of his video. Did Ross make that edit? Did JD Vance?

Oh, and here's another video that points out Renee, after waiving one ICE vehicle to go past her, audibly tells the ICE guys coming at her from the silver truck, "I'm pulling out." That is when Ross freed his right hand to grab his gun. He wanted to stop her from leaving, he was not fearing for his life.

4. When I watched the Ring clip earlier I thought it was odd that his upper body was leaning in toward the hood of her car

with feet back as she started to pull forward; this explanation of leaning in to get a shot at her is just horrific, but seems to match up. Personally, I think he got pissed at the uppity lesbians and acted out ... wouldn't be surprised if they all chatted about that before exiting their vehicles... it seems like the other ice agents got out of their vehicle ready to physically pull her out of the car... there was no "would you please exit the car," he just started pulling the door open. And with this cretin gang, that would scare me enough to try to drive away, too.

The "f'ing bitch" comment as he walks away (and then proceeds to drive away from the scene) is evidence of his state of mind being depraved indifference, at a minimum, more likely animus.

Would be hard, maybe impossible, to prove that this was homophobic violence, but it feels that way to me. I feel bad for her wife... probably suffering about having talked that way to him, trusting she was safe from a violent reaction. But these dudes are unhinged and primed for aggression by the dictator..

One can see his reflection on Renee’s vehicle holding his phone in his left hand as he begins his walk around the SUV

One thing that is clear in Ross’s video is that Renee was turning the steering wheel to her right before moving forward. If it had been her intention to run over Ross, she would have kept the steering wheel straight or turned it towards the left. Also, I can’t say for sure but it appears to me that Renee was looking to the right as she started moving foward. I would think that Renee would have focused on Ross if she had intended to run over Ross.

That was after you see the reflection. I don't have a seconds stamp in the video I'm watching in the OP, so I'm not sure what you're talking about. I'm looking at the post by @its_ilene_with_an_i on Threads.




But here is the reflection:



Sure looks like the mirror image of the right hand to me.

And here is a Youtube video from Jen Psaki, which has seconds marks.

Look at the 0:13 mark. That is his left hand dangling by his side as he is reflected in the side of the car walking towards the back. Remember, when looking at a reflection, what is looking back at you is a reverse image, like in a mirror.





Regardless, that is definitely his left hand passing in front of his camera eye to grab his cell phone out of his right hand before he turns to go in front of the car. Here it is at 0:24 of the Jen Psaki video. Now that is not a reflection but the actual direct image of his left hand as it enters the camera frame from the left to grab the phone.
