literally nothing, since you and everyone else is a valid American citizen. 14 million illegal citizens (est.)/348 million US citizens, is roughly 4% of us.

Four percent of us ... so they are going around, shooting at American citizens, stopping and searching Americans it seems like everywhere, for a fraction of us, 4%. Hell, my sales tax I pay here is (Missouri) 4.225%. But local jurisdictions can impose additional sales taxes, leading to total rates that can reach up to 10.1% in some areas.

I can think of other things that are more important to deal w/, than a 4% chunk of Americans, such as more appropriate income taxes (use wealth taxes too, for those who escape taxes altogether or pay a vastly lower amount due to them never selling any of their stock (zero capital gains)). Why should we be supporting these thugs when their resources and/or assets compared to the rest of us require more to support them, their infrastructure for their businesses.

The time it would take for the courts to try to step in and the ability for enough states to combine their National Guards to counter, would be overwhelmingly too late, I fear. But, heh, there'd be none of those pesky elections again, right? And Trump/Tattoo (er, "mini me," aka Vance) would get to come into your home and decide if you are loyalists or need to be removed to... somewhere..(whatever that might mean).

20. Democrats should write a bill to define "National Emergency"

It should contain no National emergency exists until at least as many law "enforcement" have been injured or killed as civilians by other gun-toting civilians in some long period of time (sort of like a waiting period to buy a gun in the first place). Such injuries and killings, apparently, do NOT constitute a national emergency currently.

Additionally, no law, regulation, or funding change should be capable of being enacted or implemented in less than 6 months to allow for an orderly transition of management (power), absent an actual emergency (as defined per the above).

We wait between elections and the transition of power, the government should have similar restrictions imposed on it.
