In other words I wouldn't get my hopes up too much.

(13,781 posts)Even MAGAts need health care. He's had cover by not being visibly involved and leaving his trained alter boy Johnson to take the heat. By now, many so-called conservatives have been surprised with higher rates for their health care.
If the illegitimate prez vetoes it, people will be really motivated to run him out of D.C. They are (we are) already rising up with few phucks left to give after he is terrorizing his own citizens and because his tariffs and 'policies' are causing increasing hardship, and let's not forget his grubby fingers grabbing foreign countries--leaving our military in horrible jeopardy. Yesterday's murder of Good has made the country a powder keg. Most of us realize we can't wait for midterms to act because there might not be any.
Also, Russia has universal healthcare. Maybe we should tell people.

Sufficiently, at least, to move enough of them to approve the ACA extension for up to just after the 28 election, (coincidentally, of course) in the hopes that everyone will forget who tried to kill their healthcare in the FIRST place.
Maybe that ghost will pay a visit elsewhere.
