I am old
and perhaps a bit fatigued.
I have a couple of questions that some here may know the answers to.
I have yet to see any definitive evidence that Renee Good was a whistle observer or involved in any way with protests against ICE agents. I have read another DU post that suggests that she was returning home after she dropped her son off at school and got caught up somehow in some ICE related chaos. I would hope that some DUer will have an answer.
To whom does the tan wagon with the door open and parked next to Renee's Honda belong. Is it some unmarked ICE agents wanna be Humvee? Does it belong to another citizen/terrorist? I have not seen any journalist curious enough to address this.
Renee's partner and dog were in the Honda with her....... why oh why have there not been interviews with her on my TV. It now seems obvious that she will never be allowed to testify in court or even congressional hearings. Perhaps we will never know.
The only firm realization is that in my beloved country of the rule of law and constitutional freedoms....... my life, your life, could be forfeit at the whim of an asshole in what is left of the Whitehouse.
