Texas House Republicans have announced that if there is no quorum on Friday, they will end the special session, which means that Democrats will win round one in the battle for Texas.

(5,079 posts)brought this Republican extreme anti-democracy tactic out onto the national stage, bringing in help from blue states. Since the Texas Republicans are bound and determined to fight democracy at all costs the only way forward is to take the fight to the national level with the assistance of states like California, New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts.
