6. It's confusing. I thought Powered by People was a PAC.

Now, Beto may have a non-profit voter registration group also called Powered by People.

Planned Parenthood is non-profit, but they also have a PAC (I think it's called Planned Parenthood Action)

League of Women of Voters are strictly non-profit and they are a voter registration group.

However, on Powered by People's website, it says Pol Adv Paid for by Powered by People. So, it looks like a PAC to me!
