(175 posts)Since the beginning of this latest reign of terror I have been confused about this.
In my way of thinking, before your fire 70% of an agency's workforce, you do a thorough analysis of jobs, the number of people necessary to do those jobs, and any redundancies in the system. Then, and only then, do you begin terminating employees.
I should have known it would be this simple. And this stupid.
Thinking, the mere act of giving thought to something this disastrous and traumatic, is emasculation.
I should have known. The worst thing in the world to this group of insecure little man-babies is to have their masculinity questioned.
They're all a bunch of pathetic, immature fuck ups. Every last one of them.
