moving Maxwell to a country club with few, if any, restrictions is so obvious. The felon knows he can't pardon or commute before the mid-terms. If he does it before the 2028 election, Trump diminishes JD's chances.

The scenario I laid out gives Maxwell a good deal. Instead of 20 years, she does 5 or 6. The next 3+ years are really easy time.

Maxwell doesn't really need a pardon; a commutation will serve her purpose. However, I wouldn't put a pardon past Trump, especially on the way out the door.

As for who the Republican candidate is in 2028, I can't even hazard a guess. I really can't figure out the Trump Cultists. I'm good at politics, but pretty bad at evaluating cults.

Maxwell cannot pardon herself. Her only play is to threaten to rat out Trump. Once she does that, she has played her best card. After that, she is at the mercy of the Trump justice department and correction department.

My scenario is her best play. She stays in "Club Fed" for 3 years or so and gets a pardon as Trump finishes his term. Nice and easy.

If she calls Trump's bluff, she may end up like Jeffrey. If she goes along with the plan, she does easy time and gets out after serving just 25% of her sentence.

Maxwell's greatest danger is after Trump is out of office and she is out of jail. That's what she really has to plan out.

People die every day from car accidents, swimming accidents, overdoses, plane crashes, etc.

I doubt she’s in the same level of danger now or later, in prison or out. Her deal is the same when she’s released - leave her alone and the evidence she has against all of the pedos stays buried. Keep her alive and it’s the same deal - the evidence stays hidden.
