So, I guess it's possible that all those "RINO" horns were somehow forged together to form a single spine??? How the sharing arrangement of that sole spine among all the Greedy-Ole'-Perverts will work out, we've yet to see. (I don't have great expectations, but I"m open to upside surprise.)

And no votes will be scheduled until after the Senate returns to full session after Sept. 2nd.

I think this actually is a block against recess appointments. John Thune, it would seem, has no f*cks left to give.
