But my curiosity got the better of me, and yikes!

I have not been following his career that closely, and not being from PA, I'm not familiar enough with his pre-stroke behavior to really have an opinion about his personality change. But just hearing him say with a straight face that the tariffs are a good thing was enough to convince me that there's something wrong with the man.

His speech patterns don't seem right to me, either, but I like I said, I dont really know what he was like before the stroke. Whatever is going with him, it's disturbing!
