That tracks with the way they have always seen him as a big, strong man, who they voted for because they thought he was going to take care of them and solve all their problems.

They may still think of him as "Daddy," but he no longer has the energy or focus to even fake strength. The forcefulness, bravado, and bluster that originally attracted his cultists to him are just not there anymore, and I think some of them are sensing that on some level, even though they can't bring themselves to admit it.

As he continues to visibly deteriorate, I predict that the bonds between him and his followers will continue to weaken. I just wish it would happen faster!

I noticed when I was out earlier this week (since I give them the finger as I go by) that it was gone. They may be just waiting to get something bigger, though. I'll give that the finger if they do.

My brother says the big "Farmers for Trump" sign near where we live is down, but I keep forgetting to go that way and look. It had been up since the idiot was first in office. My guess is they've lost the farm. LOL
