This assumes we have a democracy then. Im pretty sure it is gone at this point. The USA as we knew it is gone. Ya snooze ya lose. Maybe some strongly worded poetry that can be read from the senate floor would suffice? If you all dont think we are headed for democrats in prison for completely made up reasons in the next year or two, you dont pay attention to world politics very closely.

The highest government official to serve jail time was Dennis Hastert, and that was only because he was a child molester.
