Why doesn't ICE have to show identification but Citizens do?

Any homicidal maniac can make and wear a printed shirt.

Apparently the ICE gangsters told the Massachusetts citizens that they didn’t have to show ID to those they questioned.

I think this would make an excellent poster for the next protest day.

He had a plaid shirt under his "government" jacket. His insignia wasn't ICE it was HSI, Homeland Security Investigator.

I would not put it past Krasnov/Miller to be using Erik Prince people.

such horrible people willing to kill and harm others at will
without repercussions?

I know they are driven by greed and the lust for power,
but it's the lack of conscience and consequences that
really bother me and interests me.

I mean, what is it about our country that produces so
many of these kinds of people?

2. 'ICE Ruses'
Sat May 10, 2025, 07:20 AM
May 10

"When Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents go to homes and the community to arrest non-citizens, it’s common for them to lie about who they are and what they want from the individuals they encounter. The lies are called 'ruses.'"

"Ruses are an officially-sanctioned ICE policy, taught to new agents at the ICE Training Academy, and are subject to almost no restrictions. The Immigrant Defense Project’s lawsuit, Immigrant Defense Project, et al. v. ICE, et al., has made internal ICE training documents and memos, including those on ruses, publicly available. From the results of this Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, IDP produced the Defend Against ICE Raids and Community Arrests Toolkit, available in English and Spanish."

"Ruses are a tactic used frequently by ICE in investigating and arresting non-citizens. Since 2013, IDP has monitored ICE arrests, tactics, and trends, and has verified hundreds of reported raids, including those involving ICE’s use of ruses."

"Though ICE’s tactics regularly evolve, ICE’s use of ruses has escalated since 2017. Familiarity with ICE tactics, like ruses, could help prevent an ICE arrest and protect loved ones. Read on to learn more about what kinds of ruses ICE uses, why they use them, and what you can do to protect yourself or loved ones. IDP has additional Know Your Rights materials here, including a flyer on the ways that ICE pretends to be local police. Find the flyer here, available in both English and Spanish."

Long read, but a lot of valuable information...

if they are who they say they are? They could be gangsters, robbers, kidnappers, pedos, etc., claiming to be agents. So, the person inside can yell back "I'm a cop", using the same logic. Or simply yell, "I am defending my home against criminals, and you sound like a criminal. I am going to shoot through the door, if you do not show proper ID."

There are cases of robbers yelling "police" to get a person to open their doors, so no one should take any chances by opening their doors to un identified people.

In most states there is no law that requires L/E to show ID. In some states (California) there are laws that require identification, but there is no overarching federal law and few states require.

Those might not have been ICE Officers. They might be employees of the private contractor corporation The GEO Group, Inc.

The extreme intolerable act was their kidnapping of Mayor Bar aka on a public sidewalk.

MIAMI — A black BMW flashing red and blue lights suddenly filled Alexandria Armeley’s rearview mirror one evening last month. At a stoplight, the BMW’s driver pulled up next to her, waved a gold badge and told her “I’m a cop.”

But Ms. Armeley was suspicious. Before she pulled over, she called her stepfather, Alex Hernandez, a police detective in Biscayne Park, Fla., who warned her that the man was probably not a police officer. Speed away, he told her.

A terrified Ms. Armeley took off and was chased by the BMW for several miles through southern Miami-Dade County. Detective Hernandez had jumped in his car to help and eventually caught up to them.

So the real officer arrested the fake officer, whose name is Daniel A. Barros. Asked why he had tried to pull over Ms. Armeley, a 23-year-old college student, Mr. Barros, 22, told officers, “She was speeding.”

We will start seeing this with ICE

They will be taught and trained to lie, to manhandle peaceful men, women and children, to hate.

They will grab people, people not convicted of any crime, and send them to concentration camps in foreign countries.

Is that who you want your kids to grow up to be?
