Trump makes sure the R's will take the blame for his tax scheme

"Trump Floats Raising Taxes on the Rich" is the chyron on CNN. But there's a caveat. He admits that the Republicans probably won't do it, but HE is okay with it.

So when the tax give away passes, he can throw up his hands and say "who me? I wanted to tax the rich."

The Republicans are such dolts that they will let themselves be used like this. But either way, I will bet anyone that there is NO WAY this congress is going to "tax the rich."

1. He has already pivoted to blaming it on Democrats by saying that...

...Republicans wont do it because Democrats will attack them for raising taxes when they said they wouldn't--the "read my lips: no new taxes" attack. So, he is saying that Republicans will not do the thing they have said they would never do because even though Democrats would like for them to do said thing they will use the flip-flop to attack them.... Got it. Once again it is all Democrats' fault.

2. Oh yes, of course it's ALWAYS the Dems fault

However, he's also going to blame the R's if they do as he orders them and pass the tax giveaway. And they don't have enough self respect to stand up to him even though he's telegraphing it loud and clear.
