They see just how much we will pay and they leave it there. I noticed the price of fruit in the grocery store has gone up already.

The fitting has ears with holes so that I could anchor it to the wall. The cost was about twelve dollars. I am sure that the price has gone up since then.

As an aside, I will mention that I worked a three-month seasonal job at HD last spring. It was okay.

Just like ball valves, I bought a 1/2 brass shark bite for $23 recently. They used to be about 14-16 dollars a few years ago.

13. I bought a few half-inch ball utility faucets a few months ago.

The prices at HD and at a regional home improvement chain were about the same, approximately fourteen dollars each.

I am going to make a point of cleaning up some old gasket utility faucets which I pulled out of old work long ago. The only monetary investment will be the price for new gaskets. The cost saved is worth the time required to refurbish the faucets.
