Yesterday, Trump appointed Jeanine Pirro, an alleged drunk, at the next US Attorney of the DC district.
Of course, she was appointed on an interim basis, which means she can only be in the position for 120 days, if not confirmed by the Senate, just as was her predecessor, Ed Martin.
The demand for loyalty excludes the most competent people in America. How could there not be more competent people than Jeanine Pirro?
FOX Propaganda Network seems to have replaced the Federalists as the supplier of appointees, except for maybe the Supreme Court? Maybe?
Who will he appoint next? Jesse Waters?

(124,928 posts)because their loyalty to Trump proves they're the worst and the dimmest. Smart people don't support the dumbest man ever to hold the office of president. The competent, ethical people are automatically excluded because they'll choose competence and ethics over loyalty. We are truly a banana republic and the bananas are too squishy and rotten even to make banana bread with.

(28,270 posts)Krasnov has much of his Dictatorship in place. He controls the legislative branch, including the purse strings. He controls DOJ, he controls the FBI and our intelligence agencies, he controls the IRS, and he is getting close to controlling the Military, he may be there now.
Krasnov has lost numerous cases in the courts, but how will the judiciary enforce its rulings?
People or organizations or institutions who stand up to Krasnov are going to be attacked by DOJ, by the IRS. Corporate CEO's are taking bags of cash (crypto) to Krasnov and in return, Krasnov won't harm them, will do tariff carve outs for them.
Foreign governments can give Krasnov bags of cash (crypto) in return for military aid or whatever they ask for, and no one is the wiser.
Are we now in early stage Dictatorship? You tell me. Maybe Krasnov will back down if Schumer sends him a stern letter.
Do town halls and let the American people know what Krasnov/Musk is doing to them.
